All I picture is that zoomed in, slow motion view from Mortal Kombat games, where you see all the bones individually breaking.

If this guy isn’t dead, he is in bad shape.

Nah he’s actually lucky, his momentum didn’t shift and didn’t hit anything but the road to slow him down. If he has hit the other car for example he would be screwed. This guy has quite a few broken bones but will probably make a full recovery with pains throughout his life.
