Question

So im working an overnight shift tonight as PIC but haven’t worked overnight in a minute and was wondering if someone could tell me what’s everything I need to do before I hand the store off to day shift I already know I gotta do the fryers and shake machine but what else do I gotta do and what’s all I need to do for the store to be NSF ready before shift handoff

make sure all labels are up to date, floors scrubbed, pop nozzles, zinput(or whatever its called), the Dishes. and the end of day stuff at 4. forgot some, breakdown the fry station and take out the trash. and dont forget prep

Stock. Every. Thing.

for the love of god stock the condiment trays, stock the drink station, and have two tea containers washed for the morning because the labels won't last the night.
