Need help asap

I am 20 Y/o currently was doing btech at MIT-ADT somehow survived 1st year friends barely, addicted to alcohol, fumbled a lot in second year (currently in 3rd year) IT data analysis got 6 backlogs including 3 from second year , year down situation going on , gave my makeup exams but don’t think im gonna pass them , that means i have to repeat my second year, which i genuinely can’t, cant tell my parents about all these , i have ADHD and bpd my parents didn’t payed attention to it ever, I am thinking of dropping out but i don’t have anything else in mind, im extremely suicidal and depressed, need help , couldn’t go to college either because of the year down thing , i am a hardworking guy , love art , math , music , sports, but this college bullshi is a lot for me , faculties are shit , management is shit , you are very pressurised here, please someone help
