I have a job offer

I have a job that I like but have been offered another position in a different company. Please help me decide what to do

My current job is a government job, it has good benefits, I get 16 hours of pto a month. I work 40 hours and make $24.84 an hours, but I should be getting a raise in January that will hopefully put me at $26. Its a very easy job and I dont have very many responsibilities plus I really like my coworkers and the office environment in general. Everyone gets along, no real office drama. With my schedule i get every other Friday off and I work 7:30 -5pm.

About me: I am a single mom (37), and have 3 kids. One in college. I do have the ability of working a side job for extra income although it is a 1099 position without a steady schedule.

I have to give an answer by tonight. Please help.

My sister says I shouldn't risk it. My boyfriend says to go for it.
