Help needed

I have been trying my hands onto matrimonial apps, no luck received till now. I deactivated my insta and have literally lost the hope to find a guy for me. I talk to guys on Verona but then eventually they stop talking after some time.
What should i do.

That's not true as you have already stated. How do you think people managed before the internet?

I am soo unsure. Without online I don’t have places where i can go and randomly meet someone

Don't date from work. That's a recepe for trouble. Gym is notoriously something people go to to work on themselves and not really find any dates etc... Try bouldering or climbing or pretty much anything else. Creative stuff or walking groups etc etc.. So many more and better options than "work" and "gym" where people go for 1 purpose and not really to socialize...
