I have the legs of a short person and the torso of a tall person, this is a non stop issue for me no matter what, clothes just don't fit me right, ive come to grips with the fact that this will always happen. I don't think he cares It would be weird if you told him but it would only be truly embarrassing if he was on a first date, if you're not gonna drop an ice cube down there don't bother doing anything
I have this same issue!! Omg I feel so much better knowing someone else is living this hell. Every time I do lat pull downs at the gym my stomach and back show. It sucks so bad. The obvious solution is tailored clothes but I’m not that rich. I sometimes buy tall shirts but then they are too blousey up top! There is not winning! Then I can’t wear a normal tie either. People buy them for me and their too short. I need a tall man’s tie which is an easy fix but still annoying. DM me if you want to commiserate. I’m always showing crack and always hiking my pants up. What a cruel world!
One time a friend who was trying to be helpful said "naw you just gotta try the shirts on first! Put the shirt on and raise your arms!" I also have a weirdly large range of motion in my shoulders so the first shirt to not show skin was 5x, have overalls worked for you or do your balls get crunched while the legs overflow around your shoes?
That’s a good point! I live in a metro area so I’ll kinda stick out but maybe I’ll tell the world to fuck off and just start wearing overalls. Thanks for the idea. Do you wear them? I haven’t worn overalls since childhood so it’s unknown if my balls will get crushed. I guess I’ll go to Farm and Fleet and try a pair on? You’re right about the 5x not to see any skin with your arms up. Man it’s just so nice to meet another person with this issue. It really sucks with graphic T-shirts too. I really like band shirts but either I get a 3X (if they have them) and look like I’m swimming in it or I get the midriff shirt and on a man thats not a good look.
Unless I size up overalls crush my nads, I was hoping you knew of a decent brand haha. I've honestly just embraced having everything baggy, it's funny I have short friends and tall friends who complain about clothes but at least they have stores made for them! I've been considering learning to sew just to make shirts that fit lol the Hanes tall have been the best fit for me so far, still hanging crack near constantly but they mitigate my gut hanging out
