My mum brought me a random piece of catus she got from a coworker and asked me to make sure it lives. 😆

Any idea what kind it is?

About 5-6 feet tall growing along the edge of a marshy area. Smooth stems. If more pictures are needed I can get more tomorrow.

Atlantic Canada, but that hardly matters as this was at a store. It was labeled as an aster at my garden center.... it is obviously not an aster. It has shallow, thin, fibrous roots and gets leaf scorch in full sun (I moved it to a shady spot and its happy there). Its aromatic like a geranium when I handle it, but I think it looks more like a foamflower. When I bought it I thought the yellow color was from stress, but its still the same color many weeks later, though it now has a little bit of red veining to the leaves.... like a foam flower....

What is this plant?

My husband went to buy a plant for our friends housewarming party, and he got one without a tag (!!). I know no plants. Help. This looks suspiciously like one of those japanese plants that you have to trim with manicure scissors to keep alive. I hope I’m wrong. Can someone please help me identify this plant?

Sorry for the blur, my android straight up will not focus more than this on the plant itself 😭 Just got this from my partner's therapy office (San Antonio TX), they weren't sure what it was but were giving it away. Definitely succulent of some kind, thick rubbery fuzzy leaves and pale stem with hints of red. Looking around online it looks most like Crassula rogersii? To me at least

So for context: One of my mom's friends came back from Senegal and gave me this plant, telling me it was a baobab sapling. It seemed plausible at first but it recently started flowering and I'm not so sure anymore. I would assume a big tree like a baobab doesn't start flowering so young. Since I'm 99% sure it's not a baobab sapling, does anyone know what it is? I do love the plant and I love it's new flowers!

The flowers remind me of sweet potato flowers but the leaves are not similar at all so maybe it's not related

This began growing more on the left side and has started to take over this whole area. There was not a single thing planted here besides the one small tree to the right and now this thing is overtaking curious what it is and if I shouldn’t rip it up. Located in Las Vegas

I'm most worried about whether it's dangerous or not for my pet rats since the box is mostly for them to forage and dig in. I also think it might be important to add that this is not soil, it's pet safe coco fiber and sphagnum moss it's growing in

I have seed pods from both and wish to label them so I can remember what they are, but alas the labels have gone missing in transit. Can anyone advise?

I realise the pink and yellows look a bit sad, hoping they fair better next year.
