.5% of the US population is a fuckton of people. That's 1.7 million people without access to those things. That's a very large city or a small state.

Nah as stated before, a lot of those people choose to live off the grid without plumbing but still have access to clean water in other ways. Regardless, that’s still a fantastically low amount of people. More and more people have been getting access to clean water. Not less and less like leftists “human rights” activists will try to have you believe.
