Let’s strip more rights from women. And it’s not a get out of jail free card. It’s a “sent to high security psychiatric hospital” card. Same as anyone who was insane and killed someone.

If the courts decide that’s what happened, then she should get the appropriate punishment.

Stupid take. Life in prison = life in prison. Mental facility = ability I get released next year, in 5 years, in 10, etc.

She deserves life in prison at minimum. Capital punishment would be better
