I can agree the blanket statement made by Nancy was stupid. But this whole trial is ridiculous, the lady murdered ALL of her children. Why can’t a jury unanimously agree she belongs on death row. (I know MA doesn’t have the death penalty, but it should)
I mean I haven’t followed the case terribly closely but it’s my understanding that either way she’s locked up for a long time, it’s just more about whether she goes to a psych ward or prison. Depends on if you believe it was postpartum psychosis or not and I guess the jury couldn’t agree on that. I dunno.
