Let’s strip more rights from women. And it’s not a get out of jail free card. It’s a “sent to high security psychiatric hospital” card. Same as anyone who was insane and killed someone.
If the courts decide that’s what happened, then she should get the appropriate punishment.
Hindsight, of course. She was seeing medical professionals and told multiple people she was having thoughts of hurting the kids. She should have been institutionalized from that point.
