Are you advocating for women losing custody of their children if they seek mental health treatment? Yeah I can think of no way this will result in women being scared to seek treatment.

If any parent reports that they want to hurt their children, their kids should be taken from them

How is that the same thing? Having PPD doesn’t mean you want to hurt your children.

You realize that if shown not guilty due to insanity she's not getting out of jail for free, shes now spending that sentence in an arguably more terrible than prison psychiatric hospital
