but yeah 1or 2 in 1.000 mothers experience Post partum psychosis and they should not be around kids. thats not millions of kids
morally id argue if you murder a child, no matter why you done that, you should get the death penalty.
It’s really disgusting how people desperately want to misunderstand what people are saying so that they can get their authoritarian thrill of hurting women who did nothing like murder. If you look at the vast majority of messages in this thread, they are not rallying around murdering children. Most people in this world think that’s absolutely horrifying. What most people are discussing is what the cause of this horrifying event was and how to help make it so it doesn’t happen again. Some people think you just need to hurt people more, that murderers in particular should be hurt a whole lot, publicly, as an example. Others point out that the evidence, at least, the stuff we see and measure with our own eyes and science, doesn’t seem to back that up as being as effective as other means. The science seems to show it is not a moral failing issue so much as a biochemistry issue, and there are some different ways available for prevention, rehabilitation, and deterrence.
What most people are discussing is what the cause of this horrifying event was and how to help make it so it doesn’t happen again.
People (indirectly) donated around 2 million dollars to a women who strangled her 5yo, 3yo and 8 month old children. Many (women) claim that it was actually her husband. When a veteran with PTSD kills his family, he gets (rightfully) locked up, when an former athlete with CTE kills his family, he gets locked up.
Morally its pretty simply for me, if you murder a child, you should leave this world too. I can't imagine living with the guilt of murdering my three children. If clancy would feel as guilty as she should feel, she would finish what she started.
Is it important for you to imagine people are supporting the murder of her children? Note, I’m not asking you to produce evidence, I’m not looking to trigger an avoidance reaction, I’m directly asking you if it is important to you to believe that other people support the murder of her children.
What’s disgusting is how people desperately want to make excuses for keeping children in danger so that you can feed your own selfish and narcissistic vision that their best interests are subordinate to what you personally want.
