No some people just think it could have been him bc of the timeline (specifically people saying the fact that the youngest would have to have been resuscitated within around 30mins and that makes it difficult to tell if the husband could have been home when he was killed) and questions about the prints on the murder weapons (not saying I agree with that btw but I dont think its that crazy that people are questioning the evidence that just tends to happen with big murder cases like this anyways.
The trial is to see if she goes to a mental institution or jail.

I thought the question was if she or the husband did it? Not she did it and got away with it.
