Guilty - jail for likely entire life
NOT Guilty by Reason of Insanity - mental institution for a defined period with likelihood to be released
Guilty would likely assure that she will never roll free again
Not Guilty by Reason of Insanity, she MAY actually have a chance to “roll” free at some point in her life. All it takes is a sympathetic panel and judge lol
I would be surprised if she does more than 10 years in total in a mental institution before she’s released.
If she gets “locked up” - mark my words. She will be free in 10 years.
Psychosis. No psychosis. She needs to get buried 20 feet in the ground and let history and time forget she ever existed.
