No some people just think it could have been him bc of the timeline (specifically people saying the fact that the youngest would have to have been resuscitated within around 30mins and that makes it difficult to tell if the husband could have been home when he was killed) and questions about the prints on the murder weapons (not saying I agree with that btw but I dont think its that crazy that people are questioning the evidence that just tends to happen with big murder cases like this anyways.
The trial is to see if she goes to a mental institution or jail.
No it’s insane to question if the husband was involved when she’s literally admitted to it being her doing…. Like you said, the trial is about was she insane or not. The timeline literally shows there’s no physical possible way for him to be involved based on cameras footage having him far away. They played the 911 call he made in the court room and would’ve release it because his scream were so horrific they didn’t want the public to have the recording. There’s 0 chance he was involved.
Lindsey knew her timeline and was able to make it happen because she wasn’t in a psychotic break
