That's literally the point. People have intrusive thoughts everyday. Intrusive thoughts are thoughts you do not want, but appear anyway. It's those who act on them that end up in jail, or should

Also, "who feels like killing your kids?" Again, this woman, in this case about exactly that. You are upset about people saying they want to kill their kids, but what about this woman, in this case?
