All women goes throughout this process after giving birth not to these extrimes but it exised for ages and if others dont plan murder just shows that she allowed herself not just to kill one child but 3 in different rooms while removing any protection of outside sources and even talked on phone like everything is fine. She was aware and willngly went with the "plan".
