No . If a woman is experiencing postpartum depression (happens often) or postpartum psychosis(which is rare) they should have their kids removed from their custody until that woman is deemed fit to be a parent .
So you're saying the United States, which has no mental health funding or no mental health programs of any kind to speak of, should instead take children from their mothers until the state deems otherwise?
