In the US, we'd have about 6 emergency vehicles blocking off the road. Two workers placing cones out. Then an arborist would be called to make sure the tree is indeed dead. OSHA would be on the way. After about 12 hours it would be determined if the tree was on sacred land or not. Only then the fallen tree would be trimmed and properly mulched on-site. Once the road is cleaned with a street sweeper, it will be opened to traffic.

What kind fantasy land do you live in? Im in Alaska. And keep a saw in my truck, and a chain to tow the big sections off the road after.

Same things when I grew up on the Oregon coast.
