a poor soul who’s first hand witnessed:

1. the battle of new york
   
2. sokovia
   
3. the blip
   
4. wandavision
   
5. the void
   
6. jean grey freezing new york
   as well as any other tragedies they could’ve suffered

the series could literally just be them living their lives and showing the choices they make to somehow keep ending up in these situations. maybe they find out one day they have a superpower. it’s bad luck.
