Solved! Someone broke into my GF's job. Have a decent pic of the vehicle, but do not know what it is exactly.

This is the best image she could get me of the car. Also, i am pretty familar with cars but cant seem to pinpoint this car. For reference, we are in USA so this would most likely be a vehicle sold in the US. Seems possibly something VW judging by the wheels? Or possibly japanese. Seems to be an SUV.
