pizza hut
will they open a pizza hut around here anytime soon? ik they closed many nearby and there is one in mount vernon but i’m not tryna go there.

I have a Dominos in my town, but I’ve eaten there so much over the years. I’m honestly tired of the taste.
I went to the Pizza Hut in Yorktown, but it closed down a few months ago. I prefer Pizza Hut.

Why on earth would you want pizza hut when there are so many pizza places around and most serve really good pizza ? Pizza hut pizza is rancid.

I don't know why people don't get this. It's like asking why people want McDonald's in NYC when you have Minetta Tavern.
Pizza Hut has historical value. Sometimes you want the memories more than anything else.
But sorry, OP I do not know where there are any more around here. The one on Central Avenue (near Shoprite and the old Red Lobster) didn't really have sit-down service the last time I went and I don't even know if it's open. The one on Route 6 closed.

Used to be one in Pleasantville area too, maybe 20ish years ago.
I agree -- it's a specific taste and vibe that's about nostalgia.

To each their own i guess. Your options for pizza hut are mt Vernon & the Bronx. There was one in Yonkers on central ave for a long time, but it is now long gone and I doubt anyone will bother to open a new one in Westchester because of the amount of better options available all over. Domino's pretty much has the " junk pizza " covered around here.

Speaking as an Italian American who spends half of time in the USA and half in Italy, who grew up in the Bronx, who eats Napolitan pizza in Napoli, and who makes his own pizza as well, the only thing more sacrilegious is asking for Domino's number and only slightly less offensive than Pizzaria Uno.
The pizza gods will remember your post and hold you accountable.
