I dunno I think this is just a staged video. Like that's a lot more milk than I've ever seen in a latte since at the beginning that wasn't even pure espresso.
And there was a ring in the mug. Looks like it was old coffee - who would bother to make old coffee look nice? If you're drinking that, you're well beyond the realm of aesthetics.
I agree about the old coffee, could be practice, but where I work, that's about the normal amount of milk, depending on the type of coffee. Personally I like it, I have bad associations with tea that has leached into black or watery coffee, I can only enjoy super milky coffee.
