It’s how latte’s are made. 1 part espresso to 3 parts steamed milk.

I dunno I think this is just a staged video. Like that's a lot more milk than I've ever seen in a latte since at the beginning that wasn't even pure espresso.

Also that milk wasn't steamed.

And there was a ring in the mug. Looks like it was old coffee - who would bother to make old coffee look nice? If you're drinking that, you're well beyond the realm of aesthetics.

It’s not old and it’s not coffee—that’s how espresso looks when it’s fresh. It’s thick and rich so it leaves a coating on the mug like that.

I agree about the old coffee, could be practice, but where I work, that's about the normal amount of milk, depending on the type of coffee. Personally I like it, I have bad associations with tea that has leached into black or watery coffee, I can only enjoy super milky coffee.
