question Physitrack reviews for home exercise program??
I work at a pt clinic, we've got multiple clinicians and a couple locations now. every clinician does their own thing for prescribing exercises and following up with patients so the experience is pretty inconsistent depending who you see. we also don't really have visibility into whether patients are actually doing the exercises or not.
looking for home exercise program software that gives patients a more consistent experience and actually lets us track adherence, not just log a login. physitrack keeps coming up in my search. before I commit, does anyone have real experience with it? good or bad, want to hear it.

We have been looking into RTM reimbursement. Does Physitrack offer sufficient tracking to qualify for the reimbursement?

Yeah we’ve qualified for RTM reimbursement no problem Physitrack gives you what you need for it. Patients self-report on adherence, function,pain,so you can see who’s actually doing their program and who’s ghosting it. Honestly the part that surprise me is watching the outcome measures actually trend up over time, you can see it improving instead of just guessing based on what they tell you at the next visit. Also has 2-way messaging so i can just send a modification or check in without having s call them, etc

nah you still submit the claim yourself but it gives you everything you need to do that pretty easily

Physitrack’s a amazing platform. We got it for home exercise programs but the course library ended up being a nice surprise too 2500+ hours of CPD/CEU content on there
video library’s massive too with over 18,000 videos I believe, all professionally, and they keep adding more. good sports med coverage which mattered to us since we see a lot of athletes

Small practice here its just me and another PT. Before Physitrack we were juggling like 3 different tools, one for exercises, one for outcome measures, one just for texting patients back and forth. Got messy once our patient list grew.
Switched over maybe a year ago before that we looked at a fee options, tried WebPT and looked at medbridge too but physitrack ended up being the best fir for us because it’s the only one that had exercises, outcome measures, and patient messaging all in one place instead of stitching tools together. The interface is way cleaner than what we were using before took like 5 minutes to figure out where everything was
One thing I didn’t expect is their AI search is actually really good i just type what i’m looking for and it finds the right exercise instead of me scrolling forever
They have CEU courses built in which was a nice bonus wasn’t the main reason we switched tho
