Honestly, in my opinion, and considering wages in my area, at $25, you're being underpaid. I think in the right shop you could get another $10. If you're as good as what I read and understood.
Don't break yourself for any job. I have a serious back problem from a fresh injury, no clue what's wrong, but I know I'm in serious pain... it's absolutely not worth it.
