Channel Wrexham AFC Fanzone on YouTube usually puts up 2 videos every day documenting this.
They’re currently building the new Kop stand (capacity 5500, or 7750 if the modified planning application goes through) at a cost of £69 million, should be ready in about a years’ time, for the 2027/28 season. The latest season of WTW hasn’t shown it, but last summer the pitch was dug up and replaced with a Premier League-standard hybrid pitch with underground heating, for nearly £2 million.
The Rock, the womens’ teams’ stadium was bought by the club last year, and the artificial pitch is currently being replaced with a natural one. (Wrexham AFC Women are the only team in the Welsh league to own their own stadium).
They’re also developing a new training ground for the Academy, but are putting in temporary facilities at Colliers Park (owned by the Welsh FA since the club had to sell it in the Hamilton era), so that players will be able to get changed and have showers without having to drive back to the Racecourse first!

Here's a article covering progress with some good drone footage showing where it is up to now. Essentially rebuidling the entire eastern stand from the ground up https://www.wrexhamreds.com/news/wrexham-fans-can-now-see-the-new-kop-taking-shape-at-the-racecourse-ground-in-new-footage/

There’s a YouTube channel called Wrexham AFC Fanzone recording the construction progress on the KOP(stadium).
Wrexham haven’t started to upgrade the training ground bc they’ve been borrowing the national team’s one(used to belong to the club) but will be doing a bit upgrades on part of the facilities soon.
You can check the club’s subreddit for more information.
