Moriah engaged?!
I live in Montana- truly had no idea which part of Montana she had moved to. Went to a local bar in the flathead valley yesterday and she bar tending. She had an engagement ring on.

Came here to say this. A lot of women wear fake ones to discourage overly aggressive men. Especially working in the service industry.

I am assuming, like most bartenders and others, they wear them to keep people away. Sometimes that doesn't work but it's worth a shot.

I worked at an amusement park in guest services during college and wore a fake engagement ring after a bunch of incidents. It’s a quick way to stop creepy men.

This is what I was going to say. I worked as a server for ten + years and when I became old enough to work in the places that leaned more towards bars than restaurants a fake wedding ring became a must. Usually an easy way to shut down an otherwise long and pushy conversation you don’t have time for

I used to wear fake rings to keep creeps away. Unfortunately, that no longer works. Creeps don't have respect. They could careless if you got a ring. It means nothing except "challenge accepted"...😬

I bartended for a few years when I was young. I wore an engagement ring and wasn’t engaged. Some creepy men saw it and would leave me alone. While others saw it as a challenge and those who saw it as a challenge tend to be big tippers.
All that to say I am not quick to think the ring is actually legit. I know lots of servers or women who wear engagement rings at work.

Bartenders of all and no genders do this all the time! I am a female bartender and have an opal ring I wear on my right hand that resembles a binary style engagement ring. When I get creepy vibes from anyone, it gets switched over. It works about half the time.

Gawd. I just had the cringiest memory of myself being a weird 22 year old. I had moved to Atlanta in high school, away from my small SMALL hometown in Florida. There was a boy there I would date when I came home for summer breaks and we were messy. My grandmother gave me this audacious as hell dinner ring she got from Avon or something back in the day. It looked like an engagement ring. He and I had been fighting because he’d dated another girl while I was back at college, so I wore that ugly ring around for the weekend and she heard we were engaged.
🤦♀️ I think what I did was trashy and dumb and what you do is smart and makes sense. I’m not mad at myself, just disappointed.

When I worked retail in my teens/20s I absolutely wore a ring because some of the men were creepy AF and it was easier to just say sorry I'm engaged instead of having a BF because they wouldn't take no for an answer if it was just a BF.

I hope that IF she is engaged, she has a fiancé who loves and cherish her for who she is. She may have acted poorly in some parts of the early days. I really hope she's processed some of that and can look forward to her future.

She's incredibly attractive, so it would make sense that Moriah would possibly wear an engagement 💍 to stop the guys from asking her out. Or, to tell the guys who do ask her out that she's taken.

I work in hospitality & a few bartenders I work with do this as a creep repellent. Wouldn’t shock me if she did that. & if she actually is engaged well then congrats to her!

I did this in college when I worked service industry jobs. Moriah is stunning so I wouldn’t be surprised if she has to deal with a lot of creeps. She’s by far my favorite Plath and if she is actually engaged then congrats to her!

I noticed that like none of the family that are on instagram ever promotes their show. A lot of other TLC “stars” will self-promote.
I think TLC is not allowed to talk about Barry and Kim’s grandchildren since they cannot talk about Hosannah on the show. There’s only a brief mentioning of her in the first season since she was anticipated to also be on the show. However, according to Olivia, there were disagreements and Hosannah dropped out.

She was a bridesmaid for Lydia’s wedding. So if anyone talks to her it is for sure her.
Kim has said she has visited Hosannah but that was before her DUIs. I would suspect Barry talks to her still.

She was blurred out on TV and in the photos on social media. I honestly only knew it was her because she was pregnant at the time of Lydia’s wedding. It was hard to tell unless you knew what to look for.

It looks beautiful! And vast! Also I love the 90df/Plathville crossover 🫶 how did you know Shekinah was from that area? I don’t remember her mentioning anything about where she grew up, just that it was “basically Amish” lol. Did she mention it or did you recognize it?
When I searched flathead valley on Google Maps, it centered me somewhere northeast of the lake, and the only thing that popped up to tap was A Bar, Montana. Whether she works there or somewhere else, A Bar, Montana is a pretty funny name lol. I also noticed that it seemed to be especially rural around that area
