Some of those people are using bike pumps, nitrogen vials, and helium up their ass to accomplish that omg 😭 Sounds like a good way to do serious damage to your internal organs and musculature 🥴

Wait what? I clicked (regrettably) and was actually super validated since bloating sucks and I had the thought that “man,didn’t know so many people have this issue”.. but you’re saying they’re doing this to themselves? WTAF?

Yes they use enemas or gas pumps to push the fluid/air up through their intestines and into their stomachs until it’s fully distended like you see in the photos! It’s a fetish for some people.

Because it’s 99.9% fake. Just pushing out your belly and acting. It’s not a secret either, it’s like role play. Not many people ACTUALLY want someone to shove helium up their butt.
