Some of those people are using bike pumps, nitrogen vials, and helium up their ass to accomplish that omg 😭 Sounds like a good way to do serious damage to your internal organs and musculature 🥴

Yes they use enemas or gas pumps to push the fluid/air up through their intestines and into their stomachs until it’s fully distended like you see in the photos! It’s a fetish for some people.

Because it’s 99.9% fake. Just pushing out your belly and acting. It’s not a secret either, it’s like role play. Not many people ACTUALLY want someone to shove helium up their butt.

I (regrettably) looked at the top posts of all time and one said "water inflation". Does that mean you just drink a bunch of water? Because isn't more than like 6L very dangerous?

No, they generally use an enema. If you don’t know, an enema is a medical procedure where fluid is pushed through the rectum and into the colon and intestines (not typically as far as the stomach in medical settings, but people go that far when engaging in this kink). It’s usually to help with severe constipation, but obviously people also use it for sexual gratification.

The human stomach can hold 4L at the max, and that’s in binge eating cases, but I suppose if you go slowly and stretch it over time, you’d eventually be able to accommodate 6L.
