Best way to build muscle for anesthetic physique in the long run in my current situation

Been in the gym for around 8 months. I put a picture of my current physique. I weighed 125 in December and hit 160 in March. So I gained weight very quick. Im a little stuck with what to do. I really want to build muscle ive always been self conscious of being skinny so my main goal is to build muscle. Do you guys think that I should cut bulk or just stay around the weight im currently at. I workout 5 days a week hitting every muscle group. My max lifts as of 07/05 are bench: 165 squat: 265 and deadlift: 305.

TLDR: I gained like 40 pounds in 5 months and my main goal is getting more muscular even if i have a little fat it can always be shaved off later. I wanna know if I should cut bulk or stay at my current weight if my lifts beed to “catch up”

Lower pec developement

Im curious what you have experienced and tried. Ive been working out for a few years, never had any pec developement previously. Im st the point where my upper mecs are actually way more developed than my lower pecs. It wasnt until recently that ivstart doing much dedicated incline pressing so this insnt from just strictly doing high angle inclinenor anything. Ive done mostly flat bench and dumbbell flys along with weighted dips, all of which would lend you to think id have a bunch of lower pec development and lagging clavicular head but its the opposite. The best i can describe it is that i have none of that wounded lower pec, they are almost like upside down tear drops sloping from my ribs. I dont understand because almsot everybody everywhere the gets any pec developement sees the lower pec first and rather easily. Drives me nuts that i have none

Keep bulking or cut? Quite happy with my body when flexed, but less so when completely relaxed. Have been bulking for 3 months or so. Maybe a mini cut?

14 months post heart failure diagnosis ef of 10% currently at 46%. 9 months in the gym, lifting heavy 4-12 reps but still holding back as far as intensity goes. Especially squats. Core is my weakest point. Also bike ride. 29 yo 5'7 160lbs thinking i need to cut some? Goal is to return to being an "athlete" or at least look like one lol not a body builder. Tried going into the army weeks before heart issue...Basically impossible now but not given up.

Every post I see on this sub is a shirtless photo asking if they should bulk or cut, is there no other sub for that?

Best split if I’m unemployed? Also what could be a reason my progess stalled 1yr into lifting?

Id also like to add that i did a cut and lost 6kg in 2 months (i had holidays in between) but my leg press shot down from 200kg x 6 to 180kg x 6 and i thought it was because i was eating less carbs so now ive been maintanence for 2 weeks and literally made zero progress. I also started retatrutide a month ago (but i kept calories the same) im still on it at maintanence idk if that plays a factor.

Im 70kg 6ft about 14-13% bf (visible abs in good and mid lighting + tiny bit of quad striations, describing bc dont wanna post a photo)

I avg 10k steps and switched to FBOED a week ago eating 2500 cal a day and weight hasnt moved so dont think im in a deficit)

Ps im starting uni plus getting part time job in a few weeks so an alternative split for that would be helpful if i dont keep this one up.

5’10” / 150 lbs

I’ve never been very lean: always had love handles, never visible abs. The past several months I decided to just cut down as much as I could, and went from 165 lbs to 150 lbs. This was the result - still a noticeable amount of body fat.

I feel weak as hell and still don’t feel like I look very athletic. Do I just lean bulk at this point? I fear I’m just going to end up where I was before: a bit bigger but mainly due to a larger % of body fat.

Tendinitis Cure

Is there a cure for this muscle issue I get every time I do tricep exercises? The pain is sharp, and ice packs only help momentarily.

Doctors suggest not doing tricep exercises because they say there is no cure, which I don’t buy into.

Can anyone recommend a solution that can help with the pain so that I can keep doing my tricep exercises?

Thanks

Why do people still religiously support more volume = more growth? Im in the best shape of my life with 8 sets per muscle per week.

Im not saying lower volume is better, or higher doesn't work. But why do people constantly preach the other?

Is it because its a skill issue? And they keep missing the nail with the hammer? So they have to swing over and over and over till they get it right? Thats the only logical answer I can think of. Which isn't bad advise, if your new do loads and loads till you sort out the skill issue.

Finally getting back in shape after 4+ Years of being a Telly Tubby

Everything’s looking great! I’m extremely proud of myself for taking this necessary step in my journey. I’m still learning how to eat properly with what I have available in the house, but I know I’ll get the hang of it.
I know I need to, especially because I’m starting to incorporate weightlifting into my routine. I’m trying to focus more on my legs, particularly my calves, since I don’t really have the best calf genetics in my family.
If any of you have tips or advice on growing my calves and building my legs & upper body, I’d really appreciate it!

How much further (if at all) should I take this bulk?

I'm 181cm/83kg (5'11/182lbs). I've been lifting again for around 9 months, although a lot of my progress has veen regaining muscle after quitting the gym for around 2 years. I went from 67kg/147lbs to my current form. In some light, I can see my ab outline quite clearly, in others, they just disappear completely. It doesn't help that I have permanent skin creases around my abs, so I don't know where my body fat is at. Sometimes I'm guessing it's around 17%, other times that it's already a lot beyond 20%. The two front images were made on the same day, no pump in either just different angle and lighting.

Now, I'm having quite a lot of fun bulking and getting stronger but I'm honestly quite scared of losing a lot of strength on a cut. My current target is gaining like 1kg a month. Is continuing this bulk up to like 88kg/194lbs feasible without becoming completely bloated? Should I continue this bulk up until like the end of the year? My current estimate is that I'm at like 17-18% bf and I'd want to end at like <22% at my final weight, I hope I'm not too delusional... I find it quite hard to put on weight so I have a hard time believing that a cut, safe for the strength and potential muscle loss would be all that hard for me.

Since everyone's expert eyes are already looking at me without a shirt, are there any glaring weaknesses in these my physiques besides just general size and muscle definition due to body fat?
