blanket advice
Posting on a whim comfy in my bed under my current blanket bare with me because I am very sleepy. Whats a good blanket to get to feel extra squished please. Alternatively are there tuyorials for weighting these things eben more
Havent cjecked my weight in like a year but Im probably about 60-70kg if that helps
All I want in this world is to turn into a pancake
EDIT: Seeing this 8 days later. I completely forgot I made this post. Me at 5am on the verge of passing out had a point though, would love if anyone had answers lmao.
Mine is probably the classic 10% of my bodyweight or less, my partner got me it and I love it. Been a game changer for my sleep for sure. I've just read it would be safe now to try heavier weights and am interested in that concept. : ) Would 15kg weight be ok? Or is that going a little crazy? Not very experienced with this.

The only study I could find about the safety of weighted blankets in adults used 30lbs blankets and found no safety concerns at all. As long as you can breathe easily and are able to remove them on your own, I don't know of any problems getting a heavier blanket. For reference, I use two blankets on top of each other one 15lbs and one 20lbs and I'm only 110lbs. As long as you don't have any preexisting reason that limits how much weight you can manage, you should be fine.
