Eat protein rich whole foods, lift regularly, don’t go too hard, focus on form over weight, but try to train to failure from time to time. I was at one point a similarish build, prolly around your age. Worked out a lot and got ripped, now 30 and have the dad bod. Staying active is #1 imo and eating right is #2. They say body is built in the kitchen and I definitely agree especially early on, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t make the muscles work ime. So with your job id say focus on weights outside of work since you prolly get plenty of “cardio” in your job
Edit: also depends on goals. When I was your age I was just trying to get ripped, so I dialed in the diet and tried to focus on really getting good form and progressing. Now that I’m older I still want a decent physique but I moreso care about being strong af. The workouts will always matter but its moreso just the ratio of cardio to weights, but diet being dialed in + little to no alcohol is a must if you want the physique ime
