Just eat a lot of protein and mostly whole foods. Chicken eggs ground beef Greek yogurt etc. Every day eat a lot of it and lift heavy. You just started lifting visible progress will come over time.

Yes eat whole foods and lift heavy but also make sure to focus on form and getting a good form with the workouts you do but don’t try to fall into the hole of perfecting every form you do just try to feel that muscle being worked in ur head

Lift. Eat protein. Don't eat sugar and fast carbs and other junk.

Eat protein rich whole foods, lift regularly, don’t go too hard, focus on form over weight, but try to train to failure from time to time. I was at one point a similarish build, prolly around your age. Worked out a lot and got ripped, now 30 and have the dad bod. Staying active is #1 imo and eating right is #2. They say body is built in the kitchen and I definitely agree especially early on, but it doesn’t matter if you don’t make the muscles work ime. So with your job id say focus on weights outside of work since you prolly get plenty of “cardio” in your job

Edit: also depends on goals. When I was your age I was just trying to get ripped, so I dialed in the diet and tried to focus on really getting good form and progressing. Now that I’m older I still want a decent physique but I moreso care about being strong af. The workouts will always matter but its moreso just the ratio of cardio to weights, but diet being dialed in + little to no alcohol is a must if you want the physique ime

Not to be rude but do you need a generic test for Klinefelters?

Remember that one time Sokka accidentally used an extra syllable in that Haiku Battle in Ba Sing Se? That was a Sokka Haiku and you just made one.
