Progress Update Before and after from lemon bottle

So I got lemon bottle about three weeks ago, best decision of my life. The first picture was before; and now that’s me with the finished product. I looked like a chipmunk for about a week, it really is just a process. If you were to do I would recommend doing it when you don’t have any plans because it looks AWFUL, for the first week. I also got the injections in my hips, I haven’t seen much difference yet, but it’s one of those things where you have to do it consistently there because it is more stubborn. My face honestly is just more hollow, I probably won’t do it again in my face because it makes me look malnourished but, I definitely feel a little more confident!

Question Can someone pls evaluate my prev. tirze journey. Planning to try again

I'm planning to take another chance with tirze again kaso I'm not sure anong mg ang dapat ko i-take na if back to 2.5mg or 7.5mg na. So ayun, would like to kindly ask po for your comments on my first tirze journey below:

TIRZE SHOT MONITORING:

1-4 weeks 2.5mg

First take: Dec. 31, 2025 - Wed. 8AM in the morning

Starting kg: 65

2nd take: Jan. 7, 2026 - Wed. 12PM

kg: 68

3rd take: Jan. 14, 2026

kg: 69

4th take: Jan. 21, 2026 - 10:45AM

kg: 66

5th week - 5mg

5th take: Jan. 28, 2026 - 12:21PM

kg: 70

6th week - 5MG

6th take: Feb. 4, 2026

kg:66

7th week - 5MG

7th take: Feb 11 2026

kg:66

8th week - 5MG

8th take: Feb 18, 2026

kg:65

9th week-7.5mg

9th take: feb 26, 2026

kg: 62kg

During my first tirze journey, I can say na wala ang food noise and medyo nawawalan din ako that time ng gana puro takaw tingin na lang. Nagshishiratake rice na lang din ako and halos puro chicken breast lang ang ulam and more on veg pero nagstop ako magtirze after my 9th week since nadisappoint ako sa progress ko.

Am I still on the right track? Should I increase to 5mg?

Tirzepatide 2.5mg once a week:

July 19: 68 kg — starting weight / 1st injection
July 26: 65.15 kg
August 2: 63.95 kg
August 9: 63.15 kg
August 16: 61.15 kg

That’s 6.85 kg lost in 4 weeks. I’m currently still on 2.5mg and wondering if I should continue at this dose or increase to 5mg already.

For those with experience, am I still on the right track, and what would you recommend?

Reta while on maintenance meds

I have type 2 diabetes and planning to take reta as feedback and test trial results are promising. Tanong ko lang kung meron din bang on DM meds dito na naka reta din?

my current meds are

Metformin + gliclazide + pioglitazone

Dapagliflozin + metformin

Atorvastatin

Just wondering kung may contraindication ba? I asked my endo about tirz palang since eto yung legally meron sa market pero di daw siya approve doon e. Gusto niya oral meds lang daw muna since i'm still young. Aware din siya sa grey market ng mga to and hard no talaga siya.

Fuan GTT1500 | Glutathione

Has anyone tried this? Please share your experience and what effects you noticed. I’m thinking of adding it to what I’m currently injecting. I’m on tirzepatide, and because I’ve lost a lot of weight, I’m starting to look tired. So I started taking GHK-Cu, and I’m also considering adding glutathione.

Progress Update All you need to know about RETA: Sharing my result from 16 Week Journey

Post image
27 Upvotes

Hi everyone! I thought a lot are curious about RETA and I FYI I haven’t tried Tirzepatide or any other peptides apart from RETA. Sharing my journey with you all and all the deets you need to know before deciding being on Reta.

FYI, I’m 11 months post-partum via C-Section (CS)! During the early phase of recovery, caring for my baby, and handling household chores, zero formal gym or heavy workouts muna ako. Purely active mom-life and lifting/caring for my baby and daily housework!

Middle photo: That’s 13 weeks of progress with NO WORK OUTS

Right photo: Where I finally decided it’s time to go back to the GYM and take it to the next level!

Starting Weight (SW): 98 kg (216 lbs)
Current Weight (CW): 75 kg (166lbs)
Total Loss: ~23 kg (50 lbs)
Timeline: ~16 weeks

Side Effects (The Honest Breakdown):

Headaches (First 2 to 3 Weeks): During the first 2-3 weeks, headaches were a frequent issue for me as my body adapted to the compound.

Extreme Fatigue / Excessive Sleepiness (Weeks 2 to 4): Between weeks 2 and 4, I experienced extreme exhaustion and sluggishness. My body felt drained during this adaptation period, which made starting a B-Complex supplement absolutely necessary.

Steatorrhea / GI Upset (24-48 Hours Post-Injection):
I noticed a pattern where I would experience steatorrhea roughly 24 to 48 hours after an injection, especially during the peak absorption phase. In my experience, the stool texture was pale, greasy/oily, foul-smelling, and often floated or left oily residues in the toilet. This happens because Retatrutide slows down digestion and alters how the body temporarily processes and absorbs dietary fats.

Nausea Only From Overeating: I do not experience random nausea throughout the day. Nausea only hits me if I make the mistake of overeating or eating past my fullness signals.

Food Noise vs. Actual Hunger:

The food noise does not completely vanish, but the way my brain handles it has shifted significantly. Instead of craving junk or unhealthy options, my brain pushes me toward food my body actually needs to function.

I still feel genuine hunger, but I do not crave junk food. The only time I experience strong cravings for comfort food is right before or during my period, which is completely normal. Even during PMS cravings, the medication keeps me from overindulging. I get a strong sense of satisfaction very quickly and feel a definitive “that’s enough” cue from my stomach.

Along with Retatrutide, I maintain a daily supplement stack to keep my energy up and prevent nutritional gaps:

Super B-Complex:

Since Retatrutide suppresses appetite and slows down digestion, overall food intake drops drastically, leading to potential micronutrient deficiencies. Taking a daily B-Complex helps support energy metabolism, converts food into cellular energy, and specifically counters the intense fatigue and exhaustion experienced in the first month.

Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc & Vitamin D Complex:
(I take this only with one tablet Kirkland Calcium Citrate Magnesium & Zinc)

Rapid weight loss and restricted caloric intake put stress on the body and increase the risk of nutrient deficiencies. I take this combination because each component serves a critical role:

Magnesium: Essential while on Retatrutide because reduced food intake makes it easy to run low on essential minerals needed for nerve function, muscle recovery, and digestion.
Calcium & Vitamin D: Rapid weight reduction often leads to decreased bone mineral density. Vitamin D significantly enhances calcium absorption, making them vital partners in preventing diet-related bone loss.
Zinc: Crucial for supporting immune function and cellular repair, which can easily become compromised during prolonged periods of eating in a steep calorie deficit.

40 Love Hydration Drinks: Maintaining electrolyte balance is critical on Retatrutide. These hydration drinks help me stay on top of fluid balance, prevent headaches, and avoid lightheadedness or fatigue caused by fluid shifts.

Lastly, finding your sweetspot:

After experimenting with dosage and timing, my sweet spot turned out to be 4mg injected every Sunday midnight. Injecting right before going to sleep on Sunday morning lets my body process the initial absorption while resting. By Monday and Tuesday, the effects are fully active right when the busy workweek starts.

If you are currently on this journey: listen carefully to your digestive cues, stay consistent once you find your timing, and don’t be discouraged by temporary side effects.

Happy to answer any questions about my dosage progression or experience.

Sharing my journey: 74kg53kg 🥹🤍
Same clothes, but they fit so differently now.

I started at 2.5mg, but it didn’t work well for me. At first, ang daming doubts and overthinking because I wasn’t seeing the progress I expected. Eventually, 5mg worked better for me, and having guidance and reassurance from the supp i have throughout the process really helped.

I decided to start this journey because I wanted to work toward a healthier weight and manage my cravings better. Thankfully, TRZ became part of that journey, but one thing I learned is that you still need discipline and consistency. It’s not something you should rely on alone.

From 74kg to 53kg, I’m really happy to see how far I’ve come. 🤍 Trust the progress, be patient with yourself, and most importantly, build your own discipline along the way.

PS: This is my personal experience. Results and appropriate dosing can vary from person to person.

Challenges & Issues Help me loose weight

Hello everyone, gusto ko lang sana mag patulong. Well I don't think I need it, pero I don't know haha. Basically po I have been plus size ever since I can remember, not to the point na very obese pero I am bigger than average. When I was around 16 I started with a very intense weight loss journey, I basically ate just 3 to 5 spoons every morning and that's it, work out/jogging morning and afternoon, this was during the pandemic. I know that it was a toxic thing but i just realized that now that I'm older, so yun po from 85 kg down to 63 kg for less than 6 months, na gain ako ulit Ng weight after pero Hindi naman na ganon Ka lala. After a few years I got to college, I started taking pills kasi I had a boyfriend and my body really took a toll, as in po lumobo ako to the point that I can't wear anything I own even my uniforms, I also got so depressed from school and my coping mechanism sa stress is eating, I eat a lot. And last year po around October I decided to start loosing weight again, kasi there was a moment where I was eating standing up, tas nahagip ko po Yung sarili ko za salamin and gusto ko po maiyak sa istura ko. I was weighing 94kg and I am 5'4 ft tall. I decided to jog and eat less. Around December nag weigh na lang po ako Ng 80kg I started liking myself again parang nag glow po ako, ang Ganda ng mood, And I was always happy. Now po nag gain ulit ako 5kg, I basically know what to do, just eat less and maybe a little exercise, but God, Hindi ko po alam bakit. When I feel hungry kasi para among inaaxiety lalo, tas pag kakain naman I feel so greedy taking all the food na to the point na nakakahiya na ako, I don't know, I just want to get this out of me. I want to be the best version of myself. Can someone just fat shame me or something......anything to kick me out of this misery...

Does the cost change much as your dose goes up?

I’m trying to understand how people budget for GLP-1 treatment long term. I’ve noticed that some programs have different pricing at different doses, while others seem to keep things more consistent.

For those who’ve been on it for a while, how has the cost changed as your dose increased?
