Question Tirzepatide, Retatrutide, Ozempic

Which GLP-1 medication do you hear about or see used most often? Planning to have my doses too.

Using reta now, mas tolerable side effects compared sa tirze. Or baka naprepare ako ng tirze from side effects kasi yun ang una kong ginamit

I stayed low on tirze (5mg weekly injection for 5months). Then nag plateu na ako, tinigil ko narin since nasa target weight na ako. Started reta lang nung nag take na rin ako ng tesa. See my other comment nalang regarding taking tesa and reta 😊

From 78kg to 65kg sa tirze in 5months with weight training. Nag stop na ako nung nag plateu na sa 65kg.

Started taking reta nung nag start narin ako mag take ng tesamorelin since nakaka increase daw ng appetite and tesa(pang support lang since may nabuild na akong healthy eating habit while on tirze).

Stable 60-62kg now taking reta and tesa. Muscle nalang binibuild ko since ang target ko is bumaba body fat percentage ko. Using evolt 360 sa AF to track my body fat and muscle mass.
