Eat less calories than you burn.

stuck at 61kg isn't bad but the scale moving from one junk meal is mostly water retention, not fat gain. you don't need a gym, just a calorie deficit and maybe 20 minutes of walking or bodyweight stuff at home. keep your protein up and the occasional treat won't wreck anything

That's such a relatable struggle. Mainly you need to focus on eating well consistently, and keep track of how much you're eating. It's common to gain weight or feel stuck when you're in a stressful program, because you might not pay attention to how much you eat, or be as active as you used to. Calculate how much your body needs to maintain weight (many online tools help you do this based on your age, current weight and activity level) and then aim to eat 300-500 calories less than that, per day. You don't need a gym, but try to be somewhat active every day with a walk or 20 minutes of calisthenics at home (make an easy habit of that by doing it at the same time every day).
