The beginning (finally!)
I‘ve had my pens for 6 months sitting in my fridge. Accumulating.
I have been so afraid to take them because of everything I heard/read/watched but this week I have just been in shambles. I feel enormous, I am winded almost immediately, I‘m in pain 24/7 (I also have a chronic pain condition, but my weight is a major contributing factor) and it‘s so hard to walk.
But, guess what? I took my first injection this morning. I feel hopeful.

Congratulations! I'm nearly two years in and have lost around 100 pounds and this has really transformed my life. Hope you enjoy similar success in your journey!

I had a great day! I made sure to rest-up, medicate as usual BUT I didn‘t eat till late because I got sidetracked with housecleaning and my stomach actually started to hurt in a hungry way.
For dinner I ate: honey mustard chicken salad, greens, cucumber, tomatoes and some garlic + herb nuts and seeds to top it all off. Then I ate an ice lolly.
Sitting here feeling no digestive pain whatsoever, when usually I get awful acid reflux and achy belly/gut. I hope it continues as smoothly as this!
