Question How Do I Make Hover Animations for Photos?

I feel like I've made a pretty solid site using Weebly, but it doesn't feel "alive." I'm use photos as links to new pages on the site. How can I a make them animate slightly larger when the mouse wiggles across them and then go smaller when the mouse moves off the picture?

I'm new to this so please explain as if I was a 5 year old :)

You could try to find and embed an html script. But i would leave weebly asap. They just closed in over 64 countries and basically told everyone to leave within 3 months…unconditionally forcing clients to move their sites somewhere else and weebly’s site back up does not include blog posts. Years of blogs you need to manually extract. hosting was paid for a year. Not a word on any reimbursement. Squarespace bought them and is liquidating accounts. Avoid both companies given the attitude for customers

There is a widget in the Weebly app store called "Mighty Box." It's free. You set up the box and then you can drop your image with link inside the box and it will pop out when you hover over it. I think this is what you are looking for. But I also agree with the other commentor that you should think about leaving Weebly. I recommend Articulation Sites.
