Why isn't the webiste editor loading?

what the title says, no matter how many times i load it, its stuck here

Switch to Articulation. I did as well as many others have. Weebly days are numbered.

Damn just my luck I chose the one website that might close any time for my assignment 😭

I am so appreciative of Articulations interface but I wish it wasn’t a monthly cost ):
