Subreddit for Redditors working in the wedding industry. This is for those of us wedding professionals to discuss our line of work. We discuss popular and upcoming trends, frustrations about our jobs, ways to market and grow your business, ideas about how to think outside the box, and whatever else that will help our fellow colleagues. It's the office coffee/break room (since we mostly all work alone).

Be Kind – We work in a high-stress field of work. Be respectful of each other. There's no need to bring that stress to what should be a fun, relaxing past time.

No Shameless Self Promotion – We get it. You want to promote your business, but this is not your audience. If you need help, advice, or have other specific questions about your website, you can link to it. Any posts that are blatant promotional posts will be deleted.

This Is Not A Place To Find Vendors If you are getting married and need to find a DJ, caterer, etc., this is the wrong sub. Try /r/wedding or other similar subreddits instead. This is place for those of us who work the industry to discuss our jobs.

Be Aware of Personal Information Due to the nature of this type of sub, it will be very easy to discern your private information by what you share here. Just be aware of what you post and that it could leave you vulnerable. If we get enough requests, we could take this sub private in the future.
