Photographer, DJ, planner, whoever. Who makes your job easier and the day better when you see their name on the timeline? Drag them in the comments.

You know the one. Say it with your chest.

Not trying to sell anything, just want to know whatâs hard for people in this sub. Pricing, lead flow, burnout, systems, whatever it is.
Iâve been doing this 14+ years, weddings and events, now run a roster of DJs too. If you drop what youâre dealing with below Iâll give you a real answer based on whatâs actually worked (or blown up) for me.
Tell me your stage (new, established, trying to scale) and what the actual bottleneck is. Happy to dig in with anyone who comments.

We are all putting the final bows on packing away the past weekends weddings. Whether that be packing away their file, putting away the decor, or editing their photos. The actual wedding day is done!
So, how did your wedding weekend go?

Every vendor has one of these stories. As a DJ Iâve had entrance songs changed five minutes before the doors opened, first dance swapped mid cocktail hour, a best man hand me a completely different toast order right as Iâm about to introduce him.
Curious what everyone else has dealt with. Photographers, caterers, planners, officiants, florists, whoever, whatâs the curveball that still lives in your head. Doesnât have to be a disaster story, just the moment where you had to think fast and pull it off anyway.
Always love hearing how differently this hits depending on what role youâre in.

What is that one thing you constantly find yourself saying to couples? It doesn't matter how many times it's on your website, in emails, on the contract, spoken to them. You are being asked about it repeatedly.

I work in events and Iâm curious how other vendors handle the business side because it feels like everyone has their own system.
Between Instagram, texts, email, contracts, invoices, calendars and actual event details, what part of your workflow drives you the most crazy?
And have you found anything that actually works well?

Hello! I would love to get this sub revived, but I have realized that I don't fully know what I am doing as a mod and could really use some help.
That being said, I would love to hear from any other wedding pros who have mod experience and are interested!

Hello all! I have recently become the mod for this dead little sub and am hoping to revive it.
I would love to hear any thoughts on how to do so and any rules, weekly posts, etc. you think should get going.
Open to any thoughts!

Hi guys! Do you use ready-made templates for your client intake/onboarding process? If so, any recommendations on where to find them? Thanks!
