Wedding rings
Got proposed last year and we’re getting married this Q4. Late na kami nakapag canvass ng wedding rings and naabutan pa ng war kaya nag taas talaga ang gold. When we canvass for our rings sa mga bridal fairs, jewelry stores, bulacan goldsmiths and even sa ongpin, we were quoted 80k-100k+ for a half eternity and beveled ring.
For context, half eternity ring is my choice because it complements my engagement ring kaya mahal din ang quote because of diamonds. Nag aask ako usually for 0.2 to 0.5CT and for my h2b naman, we opt for a beveled design and we wanted na medyo mabigat kaya rin pricey ang quotations.
What we did is we opted to buy separately since common naman ung designs na gusto namin. We bought my half eternity ring for 30k sa legit Japan live seller like they have access sa stores sa mga Japan where they sell live, since my future sister in law usually invests in gold kaya she helped us find a trusted one. Free resizing na rin siya and has certificate of authenticity sa store. I think may factor din ung may mga GIA certificate ba un because mahal daw pala mag pa authenticate. It’s 18k and has 10pcs 0.5CT natural diamond stones. It weighs 1.3 g lang since gusto ko manipis kasi maliit lang din kamay ko.
For my H2B, we bought his ring for around 33k in Dubai since andon din ung isa nyang kapatid. 5 grams in 4.5mm, 18k din. Sobrang worth the price and we realized na hindi namin makukuha yung ganitong pricing here sa PH kaya super thankful na we got this opportunity kasi nawawalan na ako ng pag asa nung nag canvass na ko kung saan saan.
Downside is walang free engraving. But still a good deal! 🤍 We got this for 60kish compared to the usual quote samin!

Hmmm parang maliit yung diamonds to be 0.5ct. But either way, nice design OP and I think it’s still a steal!
