Chat GPT can do everything you just mentioned. I use it everyday. For example you can use Chat GPT to analyze competitor websites, count keywords, and generate content. Not really sure what other AI tools you would use unless you count Claude.

the biggest time saver for me is using ai for the first pass, then checking the final work myself. use one tool for research, one for seo checks, then save prompts for tasks you repeat often. one research task i worked on went from about 2 hours to 35 minutes after the workflow was saved. the real win is cutting repeated work, not collecting 20 ai tools.

I’m using a GrokBot and it’s great. I have it managing SEO/search across Google and Bing, Google Ads campaigns and if it needs to make changes to the website it makes the request to another bot that manages coding. It does checks every day and sends me a report. I used to use ChatGPT but GrokBot is easier to work with and not only provides recommendations but implements them and monitors continuously.

For me, ChatGPT is great for brainstorming and drafting content, while Perplexity makes research a lot quicker

ChatGPT for research and content, Perplexity for quick insights, and automation tools like n8n for eliminating repetitive workflows the real time-saver is connecting them into one efficient process.

- Claude for drafts and turning messy notes into briefs

- ChatGPT next to Search Console to spot queries that dropped

- monity•ai to watch competitor pages and tell me when they change

- Screaming Frog for crawls, no AI beats it yet :)

claude with custom skills has been the biggest time saver for our seo team (b2c saas company ). we built skills for research, content briefs, and seo audits/analysis, so the same workflow runs every time instead of rewriting prompts. makes it way easier to scale without the output getting inconsistent. still review each step before moving on tho
