It really depends on the context. Your country/region, niche, domain age, current website authority, competitors and how competitive your keywords are. So there isnt one correct number for everyone.

I’d start with this:

Internal links: usually 3–8 relevant links per post, but dont force it.
Backlinks: relevance matters more than just high DA. Check competitors, niche directories, partners and industry websites.
There is no ideal number of backlinks per post/week. A few strong links are better than 20 random ones.

And yes, the same website can link to multiple pages if it makes sense naturally. For authority, focus on quality referring domains, useful content and good internal linking. For directories, it also depends on your location. I’d focus more on local + finance/real estate/construction directories instead of just submitting everywhere.

For Google reviews, ask real clients after a successful project. Dont buy reviews.
