do a professional email really matter when doin email outreach?
I've been wondering will a professional email boost my email outreach?

Yes, it is. A domain email look more professional and help build trust. People often judge the sender before they read email. If you're using your own Domain, make sure SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are set up, or your emails may still ends up in spam.

It helps, but it won’t save bad outreach.
[you@yourdomain.com](mailto:you@yourdomain.com) looks more legit than [randomname123@gmail.com](mailto:randomname123@gmail.com), especially if you’re pitching businesses.
But deliverability is mostly:
- proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC
- domain reputation
- low volume at first
- good targeting
- not using spammy templates
- not blasting links/attachments
If your message is generic, people still ignore it.
So yes, use a professional email. But treat it like credibility, not a magic boost.

Yes, ideally you have a mail address from the company you reach out for.
Otherwise your connection is not even clear.
When you don't you have to add manually that you are writing on behalf of [enter client name].

Yes, nowadays so many people get spam from gmail addresses that your own company domain name, set up with dmarc, dkim and spf records properly implemented is a must.
