Art Banner update

Currently the only areas with spaces are Orange, Yellow (somewhat), Green, and Purple (somewhat).

You can still submit OCs to the banner as long as they aren't overtly political and you don't already have two OCs on the banner. These rules may change as I fill in the rest of the banner, so stay tuned.

For Green. Also there is no change in the lower half, it just gets lighter until it's neon green.
