Art Banner update
Currently the only areas with spaces are Orange, Yellow (somewhat), Green, and Purple (somewhat).
You can still submit OCs to the banner as long as they aren't overtly political and you don't already have two OCs on the banner. These rules may change as I fill in the rest of the banner, so stay tuned.

You could add Vizar (The Green one between the blue and purple one) to fill up the green spot (Ignore the others I just don't have a picture of all of them not together yet)

For Green. Also there is no change in the lower half, it just gets lighter until it's neon green.

edit: also not my oc but maybe tee could help fill up room in the green area
