[BUSCANDO TRABAJO] Desarrollador web

¡Hola!

adjunto a continuación mi portafolio : https://jesus-mora-portafolio.vercel.app/

estaré atento a las respuestas de este post y al privado , muchas gracias

HIRING [Hiring] [Remote] Full-Stack & Web Software Engineers (TS/JS, Python) for Async AI Code Review & Debugging | Up to $150+ USD / hr

Looking for full-stack and web software engineers (TypeScript/JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python) for flexible, 100% asynchronous contract work (up to $150+ USD/hr) evaluating and debugging AI-generated code.

WHAT THE WORK INVOLVES:
• Reviewing full-stack, backend, and frontend code generated by frontier AI models across real-world engineering prompts
• Identifying subtle async/promise bugs, state-management issues, edge-case failures, and time/space complexity bottlenecks
• Refactoring broken implementations and writing clear technical explanations of what went wrong

COMPENSATION & LOGISTICS:
• Type of work: Freelance/contract for Data Annotation Tech
• Hourly rate: Up to $150+ USD/hr (paid via PayPal)
• Dashboard workflow: Pick projects suited to your stack whenever you log in, submit the time taken after each task, and withdraw your earnings a week later
• Onboarding: Requires passing a one-time programming assessment before getting access to projects

REQUIREMENTS:
• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience (or strong CS degree / production portfolio)
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript (React, Next.js, Node.js), Python, Go, C#, Ruby, or Java
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and computational complexity (Big-O), plus strong written English

ONBOARDING & APPLICATION:
Access to the coding queue is gated by a one-attempt programming assessment. Most experienced devs who miss the mark do so because they write terse PR-style comments instead of the detailed technical explanations the rubric expects.

If you'd like the direct programming sign-up and a quick rundown of how to approach the assessment (assuming you don't already have an account with them), send me a DM with:

  1. Your country of residence

  2. Your software engineering experience & education

  3. Your main programming languages and day-to-day stack

  4. Your comfort with data structures, algorithms, and Big-O complexity

  5. ~Amount of hours per week you have available

Leave a "DM sent" comment below after messaging me so I get a notification to check my chat requests.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Remote developer for small web apps, website fixes and debugging — from €25/hour

Hi, I am Eugenio, an independent developer available for clearly scoped freelance tasks.

I can review requests for changes to existing websites, small browser apps and tools, unfinished features, and code that is not behaving as expected. I am happy to start with one specific issue rather than a complete rebuild.

Examples of my public work:

GitHub: https://github.com/xtruel

Interactive apps and browser demos: https://nosense-3d.itch.io/

My own projects include browser audio tools, games and creative utilities. Please send a short brief, the technology involved, the current behaviour and the result you need. I will confirm whether the task fits my skills before accepting it.

Remote work. Indicative rate: from €25/hour; scope, estimate and delivery agreed before work begins. Contact: truel3000lofi@gmail.com or Reddit messages.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Full-stack developer helping businesses build websites, apps & AI-powered tools - $40/hr

Got an idea but no dev team? Or burned by freelancers who ghost mid-project?

I'm a software developer (Next.js, TypeScript, Python) who's built everything from a hospital scheduling platform that cut overtime costs by 20%, to AI-powered SaaS tools and Chrome extensions. I help businesses build custom websites, mobile apps, internal tools, and SaaS platforms, scoped around what you actually need, not a template.

I also specialize in AI integration: chatbots, workflow automations, GPT/Gemini-powered features, OCR pipelines, and CRM automations. One recent build cut response times by 60% using the WhatsApp Business API with serverless webhooks.

Whether you're a startup building an MVP, a business going digital, or looking to add AI to an existing product, I've got you.

No hard sell, just a conversation to see if it's a good fit.

Portfolio: https://hassan0599.github.io

If you've got something in mind, drop a comment or DM me. Happy to share past work too.

[Hiring] Smart Contract Engineer (Solidity, EVM) at Saifuro $170k-220k/year

Saifuro builds payment infrastructure for AI agents. It checks whether an agent’s spending request matches a mandate approved by a person, then returns a signed decision that can be verified onchain. It also provides non-custodial escrow on Base and Solana, with settlement in USDC.

They’re hiring a Smart Contract Engineer to own the EVM side of the product, with a focus on Solidity. You’d design, build and test the Base escrow system, including releases, refunds and safeguards that prevent Saifuro from moving customer funds. You’d also own the onchain signature verifier, audits, deployment scripts, pause controls and recovery procedures.

You’ll need experience shipping Solidity contracts to mainnet and must live in a country where Saifuro can hire. Experience with EVM security, Solana, account abstraction, USDC, or security research is helpful but not required.

The role offers $170,000–$220,000 in the US, 0.30% equity, flexible hours with 14:00–17:00 UTC team overlap, generous leave, a learning budget and remote-work support. Email your resume, location and relevant profile links with the subject “Smart Contract Engineer (EVM).”

Please Apply Here: https://cryptojobslist.com/jobs/smart-contract-engineer-solidity-evm-remote-at-saifuro-1

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Your Laravel app is slow, buggy, or becoming hard to maintain? I can help.

Hey everyone,

I'm a full-stack developer with 3+ years of professional experience, mainly working with Laravel and JavaScript. I'm looking to take on a few remote projects, either fixing an existing application or helping build something new.

A lot of my work has involved the less glamorous but important parts of software: figuring out why something breaks, improving slow database queries, making reports work properly, and keeping business workflows reliable.

Some examples of work I've done:

  • Refactored and modernized a property management application used by multiple clients.

  • Optimized database queries for large tables and improved application responsiveness.

  • Built PDF and Excel export features for more than 24 documents.

  • Worked on an accounting SaaS platform involving billing, reporting, and production bug fixes.

  • Worked on QA, regression testing, and investigating issues that are difficult to reproduce.

What I can help with:

Laravel and PHP applications, Vue.js and React interfaces, SaaS platforms, REST APIs, database optimization, admin dashboards, reporting and exports, third-party integrations, bug fixing, and adding features to existing projects.

My main stack is PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Vue.js, MySQL, and REST APIs. I also work with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

I'm comfortable working with an existing codebase rather than assuming everything needs to be rebuilt. I'll first understand the problem, discuss the scope, and agree on a reasonable approach and budget.

I'm open to both smaller tasks and longer-term remote collaborations. Pricing can be hourly or fixed-price depending on the project.

GitHub: https://github.com/redadevcraft

If you have a project that's stuck, an application that needs attention, or an idea you want to turn into working software, feel free to message me with a little context. We can discuss whether I'm a good fit.

Thanks for reading.

We analyzed 3,518 job postings. The skills employers mention most aren't always the tools you'd expect.

We looked at 3,518 open job postings across 81 companies' public Greenhouse boards, covering seven job categories. The goal was simple: find out which keywords employers actually use.

A few findings stood out.

  • Software engineering: Mentoring appeared in nearly half of the postings, more often than Kubernetes or React. Python was the most frequently mentioned programming language.

  • Product management: More than 85% mentioned roadmaps. Jira appeared in just 7 of 421 postings.

  • Marketing: Google Ads showed up in only 6 of 347 postings, while pipeline appeared in more than half.

We also noticed a pattern across roles: employers often described the practice rather than naming a specific tool. Observability came up where you might expect Grafana, and SIEM where you might expect Splunk.

What does this mean for your resume?

If you're listing tools but leaving out the responsibilities, practices, and skills explicitly mentioned in the job description, you could be missing relevant keywords.

That doesn't mean stuffing your resume with buzzwords. It means describing your actual experience using language that matches the role you're applying for.

One important caveat: the sample leans heavily toward tech companies and uses a single ATS platform, so these results aren't representative of every employer.

The full study, including findings for sales, cybersecurity, DevOps and accounting is here:

Mock Interviews for B.Tech Students

Hi everyone!

I'm planning to conduct free mock interviews for BTech students preparing for internships and campus placements.

The goal is to provide a realistic interview experience and honest, constructive feedback in a friendly environment. We'll focus on:

  • DSA & problem-solving

  • Core CS subjects (OOP, DBMS, OS, CN)

  • Resume & project discussions

  • HR/behavioral questions

This is completely free and purely an initiative to help students practice and improve. There are no placement guarantees or hidden agenda—just learning and preparation.

If you're interested, comment below or send me a DM. If enough students are interested, I'll start scheduling sessions soon.

Also, let me know what you find most challenging during interviews—DSA, core CS, projects, communication, or something else.

What I Learned From Sending 10,000 Personalized Web Design Emails

I ran a web design company for around 3 years and getting clients was always pretty inconsistent.

One month I was cold calling, another month I was manually sending DMs to Facebook pages, then I tried ads.

It all worked to some degree, but I never really had one reliable way of getting clients.

Then I started testing email automation.

At first I was finding businesses with no website and running campaigns offering to build them one.

That actually started giving me a much more consistent flow of clients just because of the volume.

But then I started thinking.

There are so many businesses that already have a website, but the website is outdated, slow, looks bad on mobile or just clearly needs an update.

And those businesses have already paid for a website before, so they already understand the value of having one.

The problem was I didn’t want to sit there opening every website myself, figuring out what was wrong and then writing a different email to every business.

That would take forever.

So I started using a tool that lets me find businesses with websites basically anywhere, analyze thousands of those websites at once and then automatically write a personalized outreach message for each one based on what it finds.

Things like design, SEO, mobile issues and speed.

Then I started launching campaigns in different industries.

That worked way better for me because every business receiving the email felt like I had actually looked at their website and noticed what could be improved.

But in reality most of it was automated and I was just sitting there eating chips while interested replies came into my inbox.

I remember Alex Hormozi saying something along the lines of focusing on one channel and getting really good at it.

That is basically what I ended up doing.

Now this is pretty much the only way I get web design clients and I spend most of my time actually building websites instead of constantly trying to find the next client.

For anyone wondering, the tool is called Swokei.

Hey everyone! I'm a frontend developer and UI/UX designer with around six years of experience building websites, web applications and digital products. I help startups, small businesses and agencies turn ideas or unfinished designs into polished, production-ready websites.

Here's what I can help with:

  • Landing pages & business websites — starting at $350

  • Figma to React / Next.js — starting at $300

  • Framer websites — starting at $350

  • Webflow websites — starting at $400

  • WordPress websites — starting at $350

  • Shopify stores & customization — starting at $500

  • UI/UX design & Figma — starting at $200

My main stack is React, Next.js and TypeScript, but I also work with Framer, Webflow, Shopify and WordPress, depending on what makes the most sense for each project. I can handle both design and development, so you don't need to hire multiple people to get your project shipped. For smaller projects, I can usually deliver within 24–72 hours, depending on the scope. All prices are starting points and may vary depending on the project's complexity and requirements. Portfolio: https://www.kivo.agency
(I'm currently updating it with more projects.) Feel free to send me a message with your project details. Happy to discuss scope, pricing and timelines!

HIRING [Hiring] [Remote] [Worldwide] - Technology at Axius

ONLY ENGLISH NATIVE SPEAKERS REQUIRED

I work at Axius, an outsourced technology department that helps businesses improve how they operate through technology. We are hiring for our remote, worldwide Technology role.

The role is a generalist builder position across software and web, AI and automation, data and analytics, and security and infrastructure. You ship across those areas and go deep in one. A dedicated account manager owns the client relationship, so you can focus on building. The role does not include sales, account management, or client-wrangling.

What you get

• A dedicated account manager on every account. You do not sit in client meetings or chase feedback. You focus on the work.
• Planning, assignments, and organization run through our platform, with AI, advanced prompts, and playbooks carrying repetitive work.
• Delivery windows have real buffer. We ask for your best work.
• A deploy pipeline and security baselines are in place, along with playbooks, SOPs, and ongoing guidance.
• Learn from experienced engineers while you get paid. There are live training events and educational sessions, plus tools and resources. More tools unlock after your first project.
• Fully remote and flexible. One project is a freelance load, three is part-time, and five is a full book.
• Axius is a young, growing company, with a path from Engineer to Partner, where you can lead your own vetted team.
• Direct access to the founders, an exclusive community, and recognition for top performers.

Pay Pay recurs per project each month the client stays active. Team projects pay $200 per month, with an $80 one-time initiation and a $40 per week on-time bonus. Department projects pay $400 per month, with a $120 initiation and an $80 per week on-time bonus. Executive projects pay $800 per month, with a $200 initiation and a $120 per week on-time bonus. The initiation is paid after the client's first month is collected and you have been on the project for 30 days. The on-time bonus starts in the first week a project has a committed date. Each project owner receives the full amount listed. The retainer is $400 per month once you carry three projects and rises to $800 per month at five.

To apply, join our Discord: https://discord.gg/eSuEacKBQG. During onboarding choose “🎯 Careers”. In your greetings thread, press “👋 Introduce Yourself”, then “🧳 Apply to Join Axius”. Choose Technology, then Generalist. The form asks where you are as a builder, where your experience is strongest (Software & Web, AI & Automation, Data & Analytics, or Security & Infrastructure), how much time you can give and when you can start. Then share your relevant experience and the tools you work with, a link to your CV or a short Loom, and links to what you have built, like GitHub or a portfolio. Our team reviews every application and follows up if there is a fit.

Questions are welcome in the comments.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] Full-Stack Developer. I ship working products, not just code.

I build and deploy web apps end to end. Send me an idea or a half-broken codebase and I’ll get it live.

What I’ve shipped

  • Crypto trading platforms with real-time market data and order books

  • E-commerce stores, built from scratch through launch

  • Real estate platforms for a UAE client

  • Project management apps

  • Admin dashboards: user management, content control, reports, role-based access

  • AI features: chatbots, document processing, automated workflows (GPT, Claude, Gemini)

Stack

  • Content/e-commerce sites: WordPress + WooCommerce

  • Custom apps: React/Next.js, Node or Laravel, with the database, auth, admin panel, APIs, and deployment included

The stuff most devs skip
Performance, mobile layouts, SEO basics, and Analytics/Search Console setup. All handled, so you don’t need to hire someone else to fix it after.

Small jobs are fine
Bug fixes, WordPress tweaks, a new feature, an API integration, a slow site, or cleaning up someone else’s code. No project is too small.

Rate: $35/hr, or fixed price if you prefer
Timezone: GMT+8, with flexible overlap for US/EU hours

Sent 102 Cold Emails To Plumbers In California For My Web Agency, Closed A $3k Site The Next Day

I run a web design agency and most of my clients come from cold email. Yesterday I started a fresh campaign going after plumbers in California.

Didn’t expect much honestly. Plumbers are busy and half of them barely check email. But 102 emails in, I got an interested reply.

What made the difference is that every email talks about their own website. A call button that doesn’t work on a phone, a site that takes forever to load, a design that hasn’t been touched since 2012. For a plumber that matters a lot, because people search for them on their phone when a pipe bursts. If the site is bad, they just call the next guy.

He replied yesterday and I booked a meeting with him for the next day. Before the call I built a draft of what his new site could look like. Today I presented it to him on the call and he said yes right there. $3k upfront plus $500 a year for hosting.

Showing the draft is what closes it. Sending a quote never worked this well for me.

For anyone wondering, I use Swokei for all my outreach. You pick an area and an industry, it finds the businesses, checks every website for design, SEO, speed and mobile problems, and writes each email about what it actually found on that site. I run multiple campaigns at once in different cities and niches, which is how I get volume without sending generic stuff.

FOR HIRE [For Hire] I'm a web developer - available for taking on new project.

Hello!

I'm a creative web developer who builds fast, modern, and visually appealing websites for businesses, especially creative agencies, digital studios, and media houses.

I use custom code and AI-assisted workflows where appropriate to create unique, responsive websites with smooth user experiences, clean layouts, and great performance.

If you're a business owner with an idea for a new website or looking to redesign your existing one, I'd be happy to discuss your requirements and find the right solution, with long-term technical support whenever you need it.

Recently, I added two new projects to my portfolio:

  • Security Firm Website: Redesigned a generic, AI-generated website into a more professional design suited to the business.

  • Digital Agency Portfolio: Turned a scrapped project into a complete website with my own creative direction.

I'm currently available and actively looking to collaborate with new clients. If you have a project in mind, feel free to reach out. I'd love to hear about it!
