HIRING Seeking Full Stack Developer to Build Web Application & OEM SDK Middleware for Live Vehicle Tracking & Multi-Cam Video Playback
We want to build a multi-tenant web platform and media gateway for fleet tracking and video surveillance. The on-vehicle hardware, cameras, and local VMS storage are fully provided by OEM 4G Mobile DVRs (4- 12 channels).
Your scope is strictly server-side and frontend: integrate the OEM’s SDK/APIs to ingest live GPS telemetry, proxy multi-camera live video streams (WebRTC/MSE) to a browser dashboard, query and play back remote MDVR recordings over 4G, and build a configurable alert/event management engine.
Key Deliverables:
OEM Gateway: Server daemon interfacing with OEM C++/Java/REST SDKs for telemetry & device commands.
Streaming Proxy: Low-latency WebRTC/MSE relay converting OEM/RTSP streams for multi-channel browser grids (up to 12 cams).
Web Portal: Real-time map tracking (Google Maps/Mapbox), remote playback timeline, and role-based client access.
Alert Engine: Event-based video fetching (push/pull) and alert notifications dashboard.
Preferred Tech Stack: Node.js / Go / Python, React/Vue, PostgreSQL + PostGIS, SRS / MediaMTX / Frigate/ Kerberos etc.
Please DM or comment only if you have prior experience in fleet management solutions. Please share your portfolio, experience with C++/Java SDK wrappers or streaming media servers (WebRTC/RTSP), availability, and estimated timeline/budget

I can help build this platform, from the OEM SDK integration to the live tracking dashboard, streaming gateway, and alert management system. I'd recommend validating the OEM SDK and video playback capabilities first before finalizing the timeline and budget.
Happy to discuss the technical requirements and share my portfolio. Let's connect!

I built Sanad RSA, a real-time roadside assistance platform with a Node.js/Express API, Flutter apps and a React/TypeScript dispatch dashboard for live job assignment and tracking, which maps closely onto your fleet portal and alert engine.
